When you are global company with a massive contract workforce your success is directly linked to your ability to manage the performance of the strategic relationships with recruitment partners. That's why this role has been created.
It's global (you'll get to travel). It's high profile (you'll get to influence and network in a major multinational). It's complex and strategic (you'll solve problems and use your brain) and its with a major company that supports development (there's long term potential here for you).
Fundamentally, you will be the person that sets the expectations, drives the performance, identifies how improvements can be made and evaluates the effectiveness of global third party recruiters globally for the group.
In order to do this you'll be a competent analyst, someone that knows their way around a spreadsheet and can identify trends and patterns in data. You'll also be a people person, able to build relationships, internal and external. Someone that can really get under the skin of what your stakeholders need and articulate this to ensure the right solution is found. You'll definitely need to understand how to manage and evaluate HR and recruitment partners and processes, and have experience in this area at scale and internationally.
