This is a fabulous opportunity to be an integral part of a complex business of real scale that is experiencing a period of rapid evolution and dynamic change. Much transformational change has been and is being seen across key business and corporate functions. HR has recently moved to a new structure to align itself to the business and to drive new proactive focuses to support the business agenda. This is a 9 - 12 month FTC to provide administrative support on all change and OD projects.
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who has experience of working in a fast paced, consumer centric environment. You will have excellent communication and written skills, with a high attention to detail. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and proven ability to meet tight timescales and work under pressure. You must be a proficient minute taker with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes with strong Excel skills (including V-LOOK up and pivot tables).
