My client, a Public Sector organisation, based in West London is seeking a Resourcing & Talent Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role, the post holder will be responsible for delivering professional resourcing function, ensuring that a high quality, effective service is shown to internal and external customers.
Main responsibilities within this role will be demonstrating links to sustain improvements required for the People Strategy areas through your work.
This Recruitment and Talent Manager must have the ability to effectively use information and intelligence to drive targeted performance, aligned to business wide strategies.
Also, in this role, the ideal candidate will deliver key attraction strategies for both internal and external awareness and recruitment to include social media and up-to date resourcing practices.
