As HR Manager you will lead a small team and will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR support to Directors, Managers and staff. A key part of the role initially will be to review the current policies and processes and make improvements where needed in order to create a more structured HR function.

You will take the lead on complex ER cases and will work with the HR Advisor to ensure all cases are dealt with effectively.

Due to the growth within the business, recruitment will form a large part of the role and so previous in managing end to end recruitment processes is vital.

This role will require you to work closely with the Directors and Managers within the organisation to ensure HR is supporting the overall business strategy and goals.


You will have a generalist background covering all areas of HR and will have particular focus on ER and recruitment. A track record of reviewing and improving processes would be also be highly beneficial.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels and to develop and support your direct reports.

Job Offer

Basic salary up to £40,000
