Your new role

This role will be operations focused whilst dealing with the HR/ER issues when needed.

Acting in a stand alone capacity, you shall be acting as Operations Manager across all global offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Develop, implement and maintain processes in order to ensure the onboarding and offboarding runs smoothly and in line with the compliance requirements
* Ensure all company literature and contracts are compliant
* Manage Global HR policies across the global offices
* Monitor holiday/ sick leave
* Main point of contact for all ER related enquires
* Monthly business reporting and analysis
* Maintain Visa records for across all offices
* Manage benefit and relationships with the relevant 3rd party suppliers
* Maintain records of local operating licenses
* Manage day to day IT requirements/ CRM database and telephone services in conjunction with 3rd part suppliers
* Provide guidance on the performance management process and support managers in the effective performance management of their staff



What you'll need to succeed


Key Skills

* Experience working in a HR Operations role
* Highly organised
* Professional with a strong 'can do' attitude
* Willing to get involved with all aspects of the company's processes
* Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
* Motivated and ambitious
* Experience of creating/ improving process
* System literate - Microsoft office Excel etc.
* Be able to delegate and escalate as appropriate
* Strong employment legislation knowledge
