Are you a HR Administrator and looking for a new role?

A fantastic leisure and tourism company is looking to add a HR Administrator for a 6 month FTC to their team. The company is based in the heart of Central London. Surrounded by the history and culture of London, this company is the place to work!

You will be helping to improve the internal practices of the HR team. You will also be responsible for helping the busy HR team with their daily administrative tasks! 

What you’ll be doing:

·         Being a key point of contact for employees and external stakeholders alike

·         Ensuring all data is logged onto the database in a timely manner

·         Confirming all paperwork related to staff is filed and filled out correctly

·         Assisting with any HR queries

·         Supporting the Operations team with development of processes

·         Assisting HR Advisors with the on boarding and off boarding process for all employees

·         Processing monthly benefits and rewards

·         Raising invoices when necessary

·         Providing general ad-hoc project support – leading on some projects if agreed

What they need:

  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • Attention to detail
  • A strong customer focus
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • MS Office – Strong Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using an HR System (CIPHR)
