Senior HR Consultant/HR Business Partner
My client, an NHS Trust in North London is seeking a Senior HR Consultant/Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a Fixed Term basis, for 6 months.
In this role, the post holder will be responsible for leading and proactively managing all operational HR aspects of a large change management programme across several trusts in line with their policies, good employment practices and agenda for change.
Main responsibilities within this role will be working collaboratively and providing senior support to the wider HR team on the change programme, whilst also providing HR specialist advice to the communications team with any HR related communication and engagement.
This Recruitment and Talent Manager must have extensive experience of leading and managing complex change programmes and associated employee relations issues that may arise.
Also, for this role, the ideal candidate will be CIPD qualification or the equivalent level of experience.
