Junior HR Consultant/HR Manager
My client, an NHS Trust in North London is seeking a Junior HR Consultant/ HR Manager to join their team on an Interim basis for 6 months.
The ideal candidate for this role must have experience of generalist HR duties, working in the NHS, and experience of managing and supporting change programmes.
Main responsibilities within this role will be supporting the delivery of all operational HR aspects of a large change management programme across several Trusts in line with its policies. Also, supporting the preparation of all documentation relating to the consultation process to a standard of high quality.
The post holder will be responsible for working collaboratively and proactively to engage with staff representatives and other key representatives to resolve issues, concerns and mitigate risks to plans.
Essential requirements for this role are a CIPD qualification or the candidate must have the equivalent level of experience.
