The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings, and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world. The Courtauld is currently undergoing a capital transformation project that will make The Courtauld’s world-class artworks, research and teaching accessible to more people – in the UK and internationally.
The Head of Human Resources will provide expert HR advice to the senior management team to improve performance and culture. This role provides the opportunity for exciting work including a review of all HR services, systems and processes. This includes the implementation of a new HR and Payroll System, reviewing workforce policies and procedures, performance appraisal, recruitment, reward and recognition frameworks, employee engagement, employee relations and strategic workforce planning.
