HR Advisor based near Sidmouth - 9 month maternity leave - Level 5 CIPD required

Your new company

This charity is one of the largest in the UK and is based in Sidmouth. They are looking for a HR Advisor for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave. Definitely an Employer of Choice they are looking to increase their HR team and are looking for the role to start immediately.

Your new role

Your responsibilities & duties will include:


* Deliver of constant HR advice and support to all key stakeholders, line managers and employees
* Delivery of support & guidance in relation to ER policies and issues including disciplinary, sickness / absence management & performance
* Analyse and report on agreed data and ensure accuracy and integrity
* Manage the internal policies, procedures and handbooks Assist and deliver induction sessions to all new employees and volunteers

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to possess the following:


* Level 5 CIPD qualification
* Ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with all key internal stakeholders
* Demonstrable experience with employment law and HR practices
* Ability to work collaboratively, positively and professionally at all times
* Outstanding organisational, planning and communication skills
