I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a not-for-profit organisation, based in Leeds.


Description

Key duties and responsibilities include:

* Manage the newly implemented HR System, ensuring efficient and effective record-keeping for all employee transactions along with managing the recruitment system and oversee recruitment processes.



* Ensure all stakeholders in the organisation have the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to maximise the benefits of the HR Systems and spot opportunities.



* Manage delivery of HR operational services across the full employee lifecycle.



* Line manage a HR Adviser



* Support the Head of HR Change Projects and Systems



* Develop and produce regular reports for Director of HR, Head of HR Change Projects and Systems and HR Business Partners and also support the Director of HR in the interpretation and use of the reports.


Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* Extensive and comprehensive working knowledge of HRMI and ATS systems (preferably CIPHR, though not essential), including experience as a Systems Controller (or demonstrable equivalent expert skills)

* A track record of achievement in managing HR operational service delivery, including experience of managing the full range of HR transactional services.

* Experience of designing, implementing and reviewing procedures, processes and practices to improve effectiveness and performance.

Qualifications:

* Required - educated to degree level or equivalent experience

* Desirable - MCIPD qualified (or willing to work towards this)


Job Offer

£36,000 - £42,000 depending on experience + benefits
