HR Staff & Engagement Lead – Transformation Programme
My client, an NHS Trust in North London is seeking a HR Staff & Engagement Lead – Transformation Programme to join their team on a Fixed Term basis, for 6 months.
The post holder of this role will be responsible for preparing a strategic HR communications and engagement plans and also responsible for delivery and implementation of the plans.
This HR Staff and Engagement Lead will undertake a programme management approach to the management of the change process, proactively and autonomously ensuring that deadlines are met and preparing and monitoring plans and logs, as required.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or have a masters or post graduate qualification in HR or the equivalent level of experience.
