Description
As Interim Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Resource team in providing Recruitment Services for the organisation.
* Monitor weekly performance against KPIs
* Produce monthly Time to Hire reports for the Resource Manager
* Provide expert guidance and support to applicants and line managers
* deliver e-Recruitment training where necessary
* Supporting the Recruitment & Workforce manager in meeting employer requirements of UK Visas and Immigration
* Produce Immigration report for Recruitment Manager highlighting employees Visa requirements or expirations
* Ad hoc projects as requuired by the Recruitment Manager
Profile
The ideal candidate will come from a Resourcing/Recruitment background and have a full and clear understanding of the onboarding processes and procedures, as well as an in depth knowledge of UK Visa requirements.
