Reward Manager - Interim role with Global Bank - London City

Your new company
A global Bank, with EMEA Head offices in London City are recruiting an Interim Reward Manager to support them through the annual salary review process.

Your new role
This is a pure compensation role, and your main responsibilities will be the design and delivery of the annual salary and bonus review, and annual benchmarking. You will also support on the compliance with remuneration regulations, and other compensation projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in compensation within Banking, and a deep understanding of regulations including Guarantees, Material Risk Takers, Remuneration Code, and Senior Manager Regime. You will be confident in delivering annual salary reviews and have a good understanding of bonus modelling.
