Job Details
* Project management of employee transfer process from closing to integration
* Analyse data from due diligence including sale & purchase agreement and identify integration interventions to address diligence findings
* Report headcount on a monthly basis, highlighting attrition or other changes identified
* Employment screening in partnership with local recruitment teams
* Mandatory training tracking
* Facilitate discussions for grade and job level alignment of transferring employees
* Identify differences in employee benefits and calculate cost of alignment to Group employee benefits
* Build project plan to enable ARD/TUPE transfer of employees at applicable date
* Design change management and communication interventions for transferring employees in alignment with external PR and business strategic priorities, including training interventions where required
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong level of HR experience TUPE or ARD transitions
* HR/law degree level qualification
* Experience of successfully leading HR projects within an IT/technology/consulting environment
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong data management skills including MS Excel
* Extensive experience around employee engagement, HR transformation and implementation
* Knowledge of GDPR and how it applies to employee personal data
