Description
As the Sales Training Manager you will initially need to carry out a detailed training needs analysis, to then be able to identify key starting points! You will then have the freedom to develop the content and deliver courses across the sales business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to really own the training and development of the sales arm of this business.
Profile
The Sales Training Manager will:
* have previously worked in a B2B sales training capacity - ESSENTIAL
* be able to identify training needs and develop inspiring content to engage sales professionals at all levels - ESSENTIAL
* be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
* have knowledge of e-learning - ESSENTIAL
* bring ideas and solutions to the table - ESSENTIAL
* have strong stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL
* be open to National travel - ESSENTIAL
Job Offer
This is a permanent position paying c£40-45k + car + benefits
The role will be home based however regular travel will be necessary in order to fulfil the role
