Reward Manager

Salary: c.£55k, dependent on experience

We have a great opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Reward Manager. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Group HR Director. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of a total reward strategy. You will also be responsible for reward projects as well as the annual pay review process, job evaluations and salary benchmarking. Your technical knowledge and expertise will enable you to develop competitive reward policies and practices and provide vital insights to Senior Management and HR colleagues in a complex, changing environment. 

We expect you to have a proven track record of delivering successful, innovative and commercial reward solutions with experience in reward management from executive to operational levels. The role requires excellent analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and you will need to have the ability to present complex pay and reward data to the company’s senior leaders. You will be comfortable working in a standalone capacity and being able to think strategically as well as operationally. Your technical knowledge will be backed up with a positive attitude, the drive to achieve results and a consultative style.
