Are you an impactful HR Business Partner who enjoys a playing an influential role in a culture change journey for the business and HR, whilst gaining significant exposure to managing relationships with board level leaders? This is a progressive international business, successfully pursuing a growth strategy, that has invested in developing their HR function with key appointments over the last two years. Not everything is in place as yet, hence as an HR Business Partner you will need to show pragmatism and roll sleeves up in developing and delivering solutions that are commercial and fit for purpose, whilst knowing what great looks like as the HR function continues to evolve it's COE's.

Reporting to the CPO you will partner key central functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, HR and specialist business units. You will build relationships with key leaders to understand the business direction and support them in achieving a high performance culture by linking activities around organisation design and change, talent, development, performance management and reward. You'll remain hands on with contentious ER situations which can be complex given the seniority of the audience. This is a pivotal role and will be the face of HR for many influential leaders, so will provide a great springboard for building your career within the business. Whilst City based, some of the functions have operations in locations outside of London so there will be a need for some travel within the UK, so you will need to have the flexibility to travel perhaps up to 1 day per week outside of London.
