Interim Reward Specialist - London - £600-1000 pd dependent on experience.

Our client is a successful and well respected Management Consultancy business. They are a smaller organisation but have grown fast in the last few years and continue to do so with a strong client base, plenty of financial clout and a realistic level of ambition. To help them do this they have invested heavily in their existing teams and built a talent acquisition team. They are now looking at their Rewards offering and strategy to enure that they are able to attract and retain the highest calibre individuals. We are helping them recruit an interim Rewards Specialist to play the lead part in that review and improvement project.

Expected to be a 2 month project this is a role that will require

* A thorough review of existing Rewards Structure, benchmarking against key competitors and understanding where there may be room for improvement.
* Making considered recommendations about future reward packages and presenting fully costed proposals to the Board for approval.
* Communicating the subsequent agreed reward strategy to the business and working with HR colleagues and 3rd party providers to develop a plan to put the changes in to place.

The role will require plenty of time in their London Head Office but there is scope for agile working. The successful candidate will have

* Strong experience dealing with Senior Level Rewards Packages (including REMCO, LTIP, Sweet Equity)
* Exposure to similar projects and specific experience of delivering written proposals and presenting to Senior Management. Strong communication skills are essential.
* An understanding ot the Management Consulting sector.

We are looking to put someone in place in the next few weeks and expect the project to be well underway by Christmas.

Day Rate: £600 - £1000 (dependent on experience)
