Artis HR are supporting an exciting and highly regarded organisation with a permanent HR Advisor vacancy. Our client is looking for a proactive and confident individual with extensive experience in a generalist HR role.

Day to day duties:
*Deliver a professional HR service to Heads of Department and Managers
*Provide detailed advice and assistance on all Employee Relations matters
*Use HRIS to produce and analyse various HR metrics
*Manage the recruitment and selection process for your divisions to attract, retain and develop talent
*Hold responsibility for the onboarding process including offers of employment, compliance and induction processes
*Hold responsibility for the employee leaving process including resignation letters, liaising with payroll and IT to complete Leavers forms
*Complete various HR Administration duties including issuing contracts, managing holiday forms, processing company benefits and ensuring all HR documentation is obtained in a timely manner
*Complete various payroll administration duties including monitoring employee sickness, issuing pay slips and processing all documentation accordingly
*Identify training needs and help designed development programmes
*Support on the design of key HR projects in line with department objectives and organisational changes
*Participate in team meetings to discuss developments, ideas and concerns to improve the HR department

Essential Criteria
*CIPD qualification - desirable
*Extensive HR Generalist experience
*A commercial approach to dealing HR issues
*Strong relationship building skills and an ability to influence at all levels
*Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
