HR Analyst

A highly regarded, global engineering Group of companies is looking to recruit a new HR Analyst to join them at one of their sites in York.

Your new role
Supporting the HR Director and wider HR department, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, evaluating and reporting data in support of HR projects, process and services across all people data and issues. The purpose of the job is to ensure that robust decision making can be made using meaningful information, statistical reports and insights, translated and presented from HR data and MI.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with recent experience as an analyst, ideally in an HR setting, however will consider applications from strong Data or MI Analysts too. Experience of working with, manipulating and reporting on HR data, HRMI and large IT systems, is ideal. We need a highly competent user of MS Excel, who also has strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate and relay information to a rage of stakeholders.
