Your new role

Our client's workforce information and systems team has a Permanent vacancy for the role of Workforce Information and Systems lead within the HR team.

The team supports the business with the provision of workforce information and ensures they gain maximum benefits from the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and related systems. With the introduction of self-service and other initiates, the team has embarked on a transformation journey to maximise on automation functionalities with a view to allow for more accurate and timely reporting. This role will play a key part in this transformation journey and will bring the post holder into contact with a wide variety of departments both within the organisation and its partner Organisations.

The role requires a full hands-on ability and understanding of ESR functionality, pay terms & conditions and an appreciation of the interaction between ESR and other departments and the payroll team. The ideal candidate will be a highly numerate individual with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, the ability to look beyond the data in front of them, and good working knowledge of data.

You will be working with managers helping them in their use of organisation systems and also supporting managers and HR colleagues in understanding information, identifying trends and highlighting issues which impact on service provision. You will also be providing workforce KPIs for the various departments within the Organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of HR systems inputting, data management and development.
Experience of reporting and analysing workforce information and statistics.
Experience of managing integrated HR and Payroll systems.
Use of systems and associated data to compile and present workforce reports.
Experience of working in a busy deadline-oriented role.

A base salary of £39,448 - £45,960 (including 5% fringe allowance)
