Description
Based in London and joining as HR Manager in a stand along role, your responsibilities will include
* Managing payroll and HR systems abiding to deadlines and legal guidelines.
* Manage and Co-ordinate the recruitment process,
* Coordinate training and development.
* Maintain and analyse HR KPIs.
* Administration of pensions, auto enrolment and employee benefits.
* Provide support on employment issues, entitlements and payments to employees.
* Production and completion of end of year returns and P11ds.
* Electronic data interchange, ensuring FPS and EPS they are filed on time each month.
* Support HR relation in absence monitoring, welfare, meetings and disciplinary hearings.
* Will report directly to the managing director.
* Assisting the operational staff from the partnering global company.
Profile
To be considered for this role as HR Manager the successful candidate will:
* Proven HR generalist experience across the retail and leisure industry.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience working with multiple sites and a multinational workforce.
* Clear understanding of the UK employment law.
European languages will be a real advantage especially Italian or Spanish as you will be working with a multinational workforce.
