HR Administrator, central Bristol, up to £10.50 per hour. Experience essential, assignment until March 2020.

Your new role
You will work as part of the HR Advice team, acting as main point of contact for queries from employees, Managers and other stakeholders with regards to policy, recruitment and payroll; and carrying out associated HR administration tasks. The majority of this communication will be done via email, however, you must also be able to communicate via the phone. Duties will include: Respond to queries regarding pay, pensions, recruitment and HR policies. Maintain and update HR database and electronic records as appropriate e.g. new starters, leavers, career changes etc. Answer queries, update and resolve problems with SAP/Flexi system. Process payroll, liaising with payroll provider, pensions, other government departments. Manage administration of recruitment including posting job adverts, collating applications, drafting and issuing candidate letters and contracts. Monitor Return to Work interviews and sick notes and refer potential issues to Health and Safety or HR Business Partners as appropriate. Draft and issue letters to employees regarding contract changes, pay, pensions, maternity, sickness etc. Provide ad hoc administration support for HR activities/projects including processes, Payment of Allowances, Annual Pay Awards etc.

What you'll need to succeed
A service centric approach with experience in a HR environment. Ideally you have:
* Experience of working in an HR or payroll team
* Experience of using SAP HR
* HR Qualification
You must have;
* Experience of a customer facing role, dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders and difficult customers.
* Experience of dealing with a broad range of work handling high volumes of information accurately and in a timely manner.
* Experience and good understanding of full range of Microsoft applications including word, excel.
