Description
As the People Development Lead, you will be part of a wider HR team of 7 in total. Your focus will be on developing the following key elements across this growing business:
- Branch Manager Development programme
- Apprenticeship/Early Talent development
- Sales training
- Develop the existing E-Learning platform
There will be a strong focus on TNA, design and delivery across all areas, so you will be very hands-on in this role. Your brief is to take existing plans and convert them into concrete programmes and actions.
From a delivery perspective, this role will be very much about scenario-based training, using grounded and practical exercises, rather than abstract and theoretical concepts.
This role is initially for a six month period.
Profile
To apply for the role of People Development Lead, your profile will closely match:
* You will have excellent experience across TNA, design and delivery, and will have the capability and confidence to apply this to a variety of people development programmes.
* You will be able to take training plans and apply and deliver them in a practical and grounded way - using scenario-based training rather than abstract and theoretical concepts.
* You will be very hands-on - this role is very much about taking current plans and implementing/delivering them.
* You will be used to operating at pace
* You will have experience managing and developing the content and scope of an E-Learning platform.
* You will ideally be available at short notice for this fixed term contract role.
Travel in this role will be circa 1-2 times per month.
