Head of People and Culture - £60k - £80k - North West - Permanent

We are seeking a contemporary and innovative HR professional to join this evolving North West business as they focus on expansion and cultural change.

We are looking for a visionary, someone who can recognise where the business has come from and the solid foundations they have built, while looking to the future to create a culture which supports both personal and business growth.

This individual will be responsible for the overarching Talent strategy, from partnering with the leadership team to design the organisational structure, to ensuring there are robust succession plans in place which identify high potential and drive high performance across the business. You will ensure there is a consistent message when positioning the business to both internal and external talent, and will work with multiple stakeholders across the group to shape the EVP.

You will also focus on performance, developing a performance framework which clearly demonstrates what great looks like and how employees can achieve success and development in their roles. This role will be wide ranging and varied, and we are looking for an individual who will make an impact and bring ideas and creativity to the table. Ultimately there is the opportunity to truly influence change at a senior level, and the freedom to implement brand new ways of working across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have a varied background within the HR field, with particular strengths around talent, engagement, culture change and organisational design. Experience in a variety of sectors would be advantageous, and the ability to build relationships and influence at a senior level in a commercial setting is essential.
