Your new company
Prestigious, global leisure organisation experiencing high levels of success and growth of their brand are seeking to appoint a dynamic HR Administrator to support their growing workforce based at the Manchester Head Office location

Your new role
As a diligent and effective HR administrator you'll support the HR manager in organising and establishing HR records and building the HR business function. With meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy your initial focus in this role will be to review and coordinate personnel files and employment contracts onto one system and ensure practices are in place for consistency going forward>So data entry, administration and file audit will be a large part of the role in the beginning. Once the records system is established you will have the opportunity to work alongside the HR manager in building an effective HR business function supporting the global workforce with proactive projects.

* Previous Experience in a HR Administration role
* Meticulous Attention to Detail
* Diligence to spot mistakes and gaps
* Good Working Knowledge of HR practices
* Strong Data Entry and Administrative Skills
* Proactive Attitude
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
