Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the payroll and reward offering for a fun, dynamic and growing organisation?

Our client, a forward thinking and growing business is looking to appoint a Payroll & Reward Manager on a permanent basis, to lead the delivery of their current outsourced payroll and related Change projects and Communication initiatives when they move towards an insourced payroll function.

This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will manage a small team, reporting to the Head of People, and be responsible for the implementation of best practice payroll and benefits processes, working with brokers and vendors on contract negotiations and promoting the benefits offering to employees. A key part of the role will be the management of the third party payroll provider as well as other third party benefit providers. You will also be responsible for end of year processes as well as P60 and P11D reporting for HMRC and supporting the People function in relation to rewards management and reporting. This is a varied role in which you will also lead the administration of their Pension schemes, Bonus, Shares and LTIPs, working with all levels of the organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced and qualified Payroll & Reward Manager with a proven track record of delivering payroll for 1,000 plus employees, (ideally with experience of Workday and ADP), in a timely manner. You will be hands on and be able to enable continuous improvement at an operational level. Commercially astute with experience of Change management and enhanced benefits programmes implementation, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and evaluate and implement procedures and processes to ensure an efficient payroll will also be required.
