A 6 month HR Advisor role in Hounslow, paying c£35,000 pa with a core focus on employee relations.

Your new company
A services organisation supporting local authorities. Due to team growth, an HR Advisor is required for an initial period of 6 months, with a generalist remit, but an employee relations focus.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide a high quality, effective and responsive Human Resource service to the wider business, with preferred experience on iTrent. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders and route appropriate queries to the HR Manager.
You will provide support to the HR Manager ensuring timely and accurate management of all HR activities including Recruitment and Resourcing, Training and Induction, Employee Relations and Organisational Change/TUPE.

You will also provide professional advice and support to Managers, Supervisors and staff on relevant areas of service delivery, ensuring compliance with Policies, manage a caseload of Employee Relations cases with support from the HR Manager and produce appropriate HR data, including KPIs and commentary, for key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of managing ER caseload at reasonably high capacity and to a moderately complex level. You will be a strong generalist Advisor with a passion for ER and an adaptable character to match the broad and diverse workforce of the organisation.

What you'll get in return
c£35K pa depending on experience, plus the potential for extension.
