Job Details
An opportunity has come up with an award-winning client of ours who is keen to expand their HR team. This organisation is recruiting an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- To provide advice and support to the HR Business Partner
- Advising, supporting and guiding managers in the management of discipline, grievance, performance and absences
- Carry out reports and make use of HR reports and data
- Provide support on various HR projects during this busy period for the organisation
- Supporting change programmes and restructures
- Deliver HR related training to staff
Qualifications/experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience with employee relations
- CIPD Qualified (Desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management
