Job Details
Following a period of change and growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join the University, driving the delivery of the strategic people priorities.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy, diverse and friendly HR team supporting a creative educational environment. Reporting to the Head of HR (Advisory Services), you will be working closely with a varied group of clients in managing their people priorities and realising key aims and objectives during the year ahead. Responsibilities include advice on employment legislation, dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework, providing valuable support in implementing key HR policies and procedures and line management of one colleague.

Your profile
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified to graduate level or equivalent, or working towards this, with experience in a generalist HR role. You will be an excellent and influential communicator, solution focused and with a proven track record of successful customer service, task management,
teamwork and problem-solving. Organisational skills and relationship-building and are also key to the role.
