HR & Training Manager - Birmingham £45-50,000 + Benefits

Our client is a successful and growing organisation and a real leader in their field, operating on a global level. Due to this continued expansion they are looking to add an experienced and qualified HR & Training Manager to their HR team.

You will be responsible for

* managing a team of 9 across HR and L&D, including employee relations
* supporting the Head of HR to deliver the HR strategy across the business
* creating the L&D Strategy to complement the HR activity and progress the business
* coaching and mentoring, both your team as well as managers across the business

The ideal candidates will

* have personal values which align to the corporate values of Dedication, Integrity and Enthusiasm.
* have extensive people management experience, covering both ER and L&D
* be fully CIPD Qualified
* have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
* have the ability to communicate at all levels as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.

Based from Birmingham, there will be occasional travel to other sites.

Salary - £45-50,000 + Benefits
