HR & Training Coordinator based in Plymouth. Provision of HR Admin support to the business. Plymouth based.

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has come up in a well-established corporation in Plymouth. As the HR & Training Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Head of Resourcing to provide admin support to the business.

Your new role

You will help manage HR in order to increase employee satisfaction, profitability & overall productivity. Your role will include:

* Develop, communicate & administer HR and training systems
* Support the recruitment processes including the production of interview packs, preparing adverts, organising interviews
* Maintain accurate HR records and support HR policies
* Support the HR and Finance teams

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a reliable, thorough individual and have excellent communication and organisational skills. In addition, you will have the ability to complete routine administrative tasks very effectively with exception efficiency. You will be tenacious, dedicated and hard working.
