Continued expansion means we’re close to employing 1,000 staff across the country. We now need a highly experienced senior HR professional to join us in this new position to lead our people strategy.

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you’ll oversee all the functions in our HR team, driving value add projects whilst also making sure we maintain the structure needed to still get the basics right as the company continues to expand.

Your role will touch on every part of HR, from recruitment and induction to performance management, talent development and succession planning, as well as overseeing our response to the challenges that can arise from complex case work.

Working closely with directors and senior managers across the business, it will be your job to ensure all parts of our approach to hiring, developing and managing people support overall business objectives.

We’re looking for someone who’ll apply their wealth of knowledge and experience gained in a similar senior HR role. If you’ve worked in construction or a related sector with remote workers that would be useful, as would a track record of leading HR in a rapidly growing company of a comparable size.

As well as being a subject matter expert in all aspects of HR, you’ll need to really lead by example with your project management and people management skills whilst demonstrating a high level of commercial awareness.
