HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Your new company

A developing business in Preston seeking a skilled HR and Recruitment Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. A highly ethical and people orientated business are keen to secure an individual to support the organisation with all general HR administration and coordination of recruitment across 15 locations.

Your new role
You will be joining an establish HR department, working to tight deadlines and supporting line managers with a variety of recruitment needs for a variety of locations.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Processing DBS clearances
* Organising interviews
* Managing compliance/references
* Supporting managers with individual recruitment needs
* Advising and managing stakeholder expectations
* Updating the internal HR and ATS system
* Providing basic HR advice to line managers
* All general HR administration

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity to start with immediate effect.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous HR or recruitment experience, strong organisational skills, confidence to deal with individuals at all levels and the ability to manage expectations.

What you'll get in return
£19,000 - £22,000 (dependant on level of experience).
Working hours - operate Monday - Friday (some flexibility).
Parking available
