Organisational Design - Interim

Your new company
A major public sector / not-for-profit employer in Cardiff that employs over 1,000 staff. This organisation is going through a major transformational change to the way in which they deliver their services. As such they require the services of an Organisational Design (OD) expert to join the project team.


Your new role
This is a 6 month project where you'll be working closely with other senior HR professionals to design both an interim and full operating model for the organisation to adopt as they transition to their target operating model. You'll work together to design the intersecting elements of the models producing design documentation and highlighting future recommendations with action plans. You'll present your plans to the executive board. This role will involve plenty of collaborative work across departments and with the existing HR and project teams to coordinate a cohesive plan.


What you'll need to succeed
Organisational Design experience at a large scale is an absolute must have. You'll likely be MCIPD qualified and will have worked at a senior level in HR. We're seeking a strong collaborative worker experienced at engaging at all levels and facilitating change projects.
