Interim HR Operations Assistant job paying £15-£16.05 per day

You will be working for a University located in Central London.
Your new role
As HR Operations Assistant you will be required to support with several transactional duties including: coordinating the staff recruitment from assisting recruiting managers in the preparation of job descriptions and adverts, offering guidance to recruiting managers in planning recruitment campaigns and during the entire process. You will also be required to support with the completion of pre-employment checks, administration and inductions. In addition to this, you will look after the general HR inbox, HR Administration and acting as the first point of contact for all queries. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months paying £15-£16.05 per hour.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate experience of working within the HR function, experience of managing recruitment campaigns and general HR knowledge. Previous experience of using a HR information system is also essential for this role particularly iTrent and Stonefish. As an individual you will be hard working with a positive can-do attitude. You will be required to start week commencing 28th October, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
