Temporary Recruitment Adviser job paying £180-£250 per day

You will be working for a prestigious university located in Central London.


Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting with a recruitment and job evaluation project, specifically you will be reformatting job descriptions to ensure they reflect the duties of the role. Daily, you will be meeting with managers and employees to question them on their responsibilities, convert job descriptions, producing training matrix's and liaising with Learning and development in the process. This is a temporary role for a period of 3 months paying £180- £250 per day.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate previous work experience of recruitment and job evaluation and you will have experience with HAY job evaluation system.
You must have a proactive and can-do attitude.
You will be required to start week commencing 4th November, so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
