Artis HR are supporting an exciting business in Bath with the recruitment of a Reward Manager, package £55-60k (Salary and Car / allowance) dependent on experience + parking.

We have a great opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Reward Manager.
This is a newly-created role, reporting to the Group HR Director. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of a total reward strategy. You will also be responsible for reward projects as well as the annual pay review process, job evaluations and salary benchmarking. Your technical knowledge and expertise will enable you to develop competitive reward policies and practices and provide vital insights to Senior Management and HR colleagues in a complex, changing environment.
We expect you to have a proven track record of delivering successful, innovative and commercial reward solutions with experience in reward management from executive to operational levels. The role requires excellent analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and you will need to have the ability to present complex pay and reward data to the company's senior leaders. You will be comfortable working in a standalone capacity and being able to think strategically as well as operationally. Your technical knowledge will be backed up with a positive attitude, the drive to achieve results and a consultative style.
The role is based in Bath; we are happy to discuss flexible working options if required.
1. JOB PURPOSE
The role supports the delivery of a total reward strategy that is aligned to business needs, is competitive in the marketplace and will attract, motivate and retain employees.

Key responsibilities include:
*Project managing reward initiatives such as Gender Pay Reporting
*Delivery of reward and governance policies, frameworks and processes ensuring that there is a robust reward framework, allowing for a cohesive and standardised approach.
*Leading the annual pay and bonus process
*Managing job evaluations
*Co-ordinating participation in external benchmarking surveys.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Support the delivery and maintenance of a total reward strategy that is aligned to business needs.
*Lead the end to end annual pay and bonus process including communication requirements
*Deliver Gender Pay Gap reporting requirements
*Support GHRD in preparing and writing RemCo papers
*Manage job evaluations across the Company using Hay methodology
*Design and implement core reward principles, policies and internal governance frameworks.
*Manage relationship with salary survey providers and co-ordinate participation in benchmarking surveys. To include, job matching, data preparation and submission, data analysis, insights and pay modelling.
*Provide relevant and accurate data to the GHRD/ELT team on all Reward related issues.
*Propose and assess feasibility for new reward initiatives to evolve the reward strategy.
*Project manage key reward initiatives ensuring these are delivered to time, budget and including all relevant stakeholders.
