Senior HR Advisor | Manchester | 9 month Mat Cover | £35,000

Large, International, multi sited manufacturing and engineering organisation are seeking to appoint a temporary Senior HR Advisor to provide an effective HR Service to the business during a period of 9 months for maternity cover.


Your new role
As an experienced HR Advisor skilled in ER Caseload management, TUPE and Redundancy you will join the HR team based from the Manchester location to provide a comprehensive advisory service to the wider UK business. Frequent travel to other sites across the UK will be required in order to support the needs of the business and provide effective HR support to managers - expect travel to be a requirement for approx. 30% of the time. You'll manage your own diary and be provided with company transport for travel to other locations. What you'll need to succeed

* Proven & Confident Experience as a HR Advisor
* TUPE Experience
* Redundancy Management & Delivery
* Extensive ER caseload management
* Proactive Approach to problem solving
* Effective & Confident Stakeholder Management Skills
* Manufacturing / engineering industry experience advantageous
* Experience supporting multi-sited business desirable.
* Full, Clean Driving Licence
