A temporary opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator in South Oxfordshire

Your new company

A financial organisation based in South Oxfordshire require a HR Coordinator to assist them on a temporary basis with the smooth running of their global training programmes and to support with answering HR queries.

Your new role

You will provide a range of support within the HR function, this will include updating information on the learning management system, coordinating training and evaluations. In addition to this, you will also answer queries on behalf of the HR team in relation to employment law, the Learning & Development policies and programmes and employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed

A sound knowledge of UK employment law and recent experience of providing HR advice is required for this role. You will ideally have level 3 CIPD or above but this is not essential for a candidate who has experience in providing HR advice recently.
