Diversity & Inclusion Partner

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the management, development and the implementation of the firms diversity & inclusion strategy/ activities across the firm. You will build workforce capability, increase employee engagement and support the attraction, retention and development of talent. You will own and develop D&I related processes, policies and infrastructure to optimise delivery. You will be a true D&I specialist, owner of content in this space and you will be a thought leader.

What you'll need to succeed
Solid work experience as a D&I professional with a proven track record in delivering D&I initiatives gained within a financial services firm.
Experience in a broader HR role with a D&I and L&D background
Have a strong external network in the D&I space and have influenced board and made recommendations with regard to driving D&I strategy for a firm.
Ability to consult, influence, persuade and provide guidance to stakeholders of all levels
Highly organised with demonstrable project management skills
Ability to work in a stand alone role, take ownership for D&I strategy and delivery
Self motivated, commercial and a pragmatic approach
Solid IT Skills and familiar with MS Office suite.
