Head of Resourcing

A new Head of Resourcing is sought to lead the Strategic Resourcing plans for all central resourcing for this leading national brand.

You will be an experienced Leader used to working across large, geographically dispersed, multi site businesses

You will be comfortable designing and implementing long term strategic resourcing plans, in addition to reviewing and reestablishing 3 key projects currently underway.

You will be a natural leader and enjoy managing teams of Resourcing BP's, and will be regarded by peers and industry contacts as an innovative business leader.

You will be able to share and encourage industry best practice and will develop a culture within your teams for ongoing development and continuous improvement.

This is a hugely exciting role supporting the ongoing growth of the business. There will also be further opportunity for career development into a broader talent based role for this individual.
