A global business services organisation are looking for a People Services Advisor to be based from their site in South Birmingham

Your new role
The People Services Advisor will be based in the People Services team within a large HR shared services centre environment. The post holder will respond to employee and manager HR queries via phone and email. Any ongoing or complex issues will be escalated to other teams in the SSC.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with limited HR experience to develop their career in HR. To apply candidates must have HR experience and/or strong customer call centre experience and/or hold a relevant HR degree (or equivalent) and/or be qualified/studying for CIPD or similar. Candidates must have excellent customer service experience, strong communication skills and will be comfortable working within a very fast paced environment.
