Permanent HR Business Partner job opportunity located in Suffolk £50k per annum

Due to company restructure, an exciting new opportunity for a HRBP has become available for a highly reputable organisation in Suffolk.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading and transforming the strategic and operational HR function for the organisation. In addition to driving best practice amongst employees, additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Aligning and driving key HR policies and programmes to meet business goals
* Engaging and advising key client groups on strategic and operational HR matters
* Drive and deliver transformation within the HR function
* Work collaboratively with other HR teams to implement changes
* Provide strategic advice for talent management, resourcing, employee relations, and general operations
* Develop and promote the culture of the company through managing best practices
* Streamline talent management strategies

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience working at a strategic level within HR. This includes demonstrable experience with developing and implementing people-focused strategies to align with business objectives. You should also be up-to-date on best HR practices and have current knowledge of employment law. You will have experience with building and maintaining relationships wish key decision makers and a thorough understanding of how to deliver change within HR.

You must be CIPD qualified. excellent at problem solving, and have proven experience within a similar role.
