Based across several sites in the Croydon and South West London areas you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 and advising on ER issues for an employee base of approximately 800. This is a hands-on role, varied and with a high level of interaction, supporting and partnering with a professional ER service to Managers and Directors. What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your ER experience, you should be confident building relationships and communicating at all levels. This is a senior role and with a high volume of queries to manage, you will need to be excellent at prioritising your workload.
