Organisational Design and Change Specialist

The Organisational and Staff Development team (OSD) requires a full-time Organisational Design and Change Specialist to work alongside colleagues in Academic Schools and Service Units- specifically colleagues in Organisational Development, HR, and Business Transformation- to lead the design and management of organisational changes across the University.  Reporting to the Director of Organisational and Staff Development and working closely with senior project sponsors, the post holder will initially be fully allocated to working with a number of Academic Schools as they review their administrative support functions, ensuring that they are aligned with School needs and objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership, organisational design and change management skills and experience to have real impact within a diverse, world leading organisation. Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent and should have strong relationship management skills with demonstrable experience of successfully engaging and influencing at all levels of an organisation to facilitate organisational change.
