An exciting HR Assistant (18m FTC) opportunity has arisen, working for a global Financial Services organisation in Central London. In this role, you'll make up a team of 3 in HR.

Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you'll be providing comprehensive HR administration support across L&D initiatives, recruitment processes, SMCR regulatory changes and ER issues. This is a broad, generalist role that will offer a range of HR processes/initiatives to get involved in.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Assistant role, you will have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and experience providing HR Admin/Assistant support, preferably having gained your experience in Financial Services.

What you'll get in return
