We are currently recruiting a Policy Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract for a large public sector organisation based in Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
Your key job will be to revise all of the organisations HR policies , this will involve working with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to review, update and where appropriate write new policies, ensuring that they are easy to understand and fit for purpose. You will also contribute to the roll out of these policies and ensuring that they are deployed organisation wide.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with really strong ER experience and someone who is really good at writing policy. Your communication skills are important, we need an approach that will produce straightforward, easily understood and concise policies, whilst also ensuring that the policies protect the organisation and its employees.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, therefore candidates should be immediately available or on short notice.
