Your new company
Our public sector client is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to join their head office team in central Brighton. Reporting into the Lead Specialist of HR Operations you will be supporting the HR team of 25 during a restructure and new strategy implementation.

Your new role
As a Senior HR Administrator you will be providing effective, timely and accurate administrative support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on non-recruitment related activities. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, whilst dealing with high volumes of carious administrative work in a fast paced environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have at least 2 years of experience within a HR role with knowledge of flexible working, maternity/paternity and shared parental leave, contract changes and salary sacrifice schemes. You must also have experience of working with HR database systems.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £26,218 plus flexible working, 25 days annual leave, civil service pension, discretionary bonus arrangements, development opportunities and enhanced parental leave
